WGrocer Welcome Offer Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the Welcome RM200 Offer (the "Promotion") offered by WGrocer to its new B2B customers.
1. Eligibility and Duration
Eligibility: The Promotion is strictly limited to new F&B business customers (Restaurants, Cafés, and registered F&B entities) located within WGrocer’s defined service areas of Kota Damansara, Ara Damansara, selected postcodes of Petaling Jaya and broader Kuala Lumpur.
Customer Status: This offer is valid for one (1) new business customer only, based on the registered business name (SSM) and contact details.
Duration: The Promotion is ongoing but may be amended or terminated by WGrocer at any time without prior notice.
2. Promotion Mechanics
Discount Value: Eligible customers will receive a $\text{RM}20$ monetary discount on their bill.
Minimum Spend: The discount is only applicable to orders with a minimum total value of RM100.
Total Savings: The Promotion is capped at a maximum cumulative discount of RM200 per customer.
Usage Limit: This discount may be applied to a maximum of ten (10) separate qualifying orders.
3. Ordering and Redemption
Ordering Method: The discount must be redeemed when placing an order via the WGrocer WhatsApp Business Catalogue or WhatsApp Chat.
Redemption: The customer must explicitly mention the Welcome RM200 Offer when submitting their order to the WGrocer Admin.
Exclusions: The offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or special pricing offered by WGrocer.
Payment: All payment terms (e.g., invoicing, payment due date) remain subject to WGrocer’s standard B2B terms of trade.
4. General Conditions
Quality Guarantee: All goods supplied are subject to WGrocer's guarantee of merchantable quality and fit for their intended purpose as a food service product. Any discrepancies or quality issues must be reported within one (1) business day of delivery.
Amendment: WGrocer reserves the right to amend these T&Cs or replace the offer at its sole discretion.
